Paul Spoonley
Paul Spoonley is a professor of Sociology at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand.
Some of Spoonley's current research includes immigration in New Zealand, the alt-right in New Zealand, New Zealand demographics, and the aftermath of the Christchurch mosque shootings.[1][2] He has written or edited 25 books during his career and is a regular commentator in news media.[3] A fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand, in 2009 he was awarded the Royal Society of New Zealand Science and Technology medal.[4]
