Pavel Antov was a Russian politician and businessman. He was listed by Forbes as Russia's richest civil servant with an annual personal income over $156 million in 2018.[1] He was head of comittee for ecology in the legislative assembly of Vladimir, Russia[2] and founded the Vladimir Standard meat processing plant. He was critical of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.[3] He died falling off a hotel balcony in Odisha, India on December 27, 2022, two days after another member of his group, Vladimir Bidenov was found dead of an apparent heart attack in the same hotel.[4][5]
