Pavel Viktorovich Trusov (born 30 September 1994) is a Russian kickboxer. He held two Guinness World Records for the most full extension punches in one minute and three minutes. His official count was 334 punches in one minute[2] (since beaten) and 919 punches in three minutes.[3] As of 2020, Trusov is a full-time coach in Bratislava, Slovakia.[4][5]

World records

On 27 June 2020, Trusov became an official Guinness World record holder.[2] He managed to land 322 full extension punches in just 60 seconds, securing a world record for most full extension punches in a minute. This record has since been beaten by Yousef Imani who landed 403 full extension punches in 60 seconds.[1]

On 18 November 2020, Trusov added another Guinness World Record to his resume while also beating his previous record. For his new record, he landed a total of 919 full extension punches in three minutes.[6] This record has since been beaten by Rob Rijk who landed 928 full extension punches. [2]
