Pease Development Authority
The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is a public agency responsible for the development and management of several enterprises in New Hampshire, including the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, Skyhaven Airport, the New Hampshire Division of Ports and Harbors, and the Pease International Tradeport. Established after the closure of Pease Air Force Base in 1989, the PDA has helped create over 10,500 jobs, developed 3,000 acres of land, and manages nearly 5 million square feet of commercial space. It offers access to a Foreign-Trade Zone, major transportation routes, and various government services, contributing to the region’s economic growth.
