Pee-wee's Playhouse Christmas Special
Pee-wee's Playhouse Christmas Special is a Christmas special that is based on the children's television series, Pee-wee's Playhouse. It aired on CBS in December 21, 1988.[1] In 1989, it was released on home video and was distributed by Hi-Tops Video.
Plot[edit]
Pee-wee makes a huge Christmas list for Santa Claus. Throughout the special, He learns about Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. At the end, Santa tells Pee-wee that he should save the presents for the children around the world, which Pee-wee accepted his favor. Pee-wee learned that Christmas is not about getting presents, but is the time he should be thinking about what can he do for others. The special ends with Pee-wee riding with Santa on his sleigh, delivering presents to the children around the world.
