Peggy Friend was an All-American Girls Professional Baseball League player.[1]

Friend signed a contract with the All-American League before the 1949 season, but may not have played a game during her career. Besides, additional information is incomplete because there are no records available at the time of the request.[1][2]

In 1988, a permanent display at the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum at Cooperstown, New York -- honoring those who were part of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League in its 12-year history -- was inaugurated. Friend is included at the display/exhibit.[3]
