Penguins in St. Louis is a 1999 computer-animated musical comedy film directed, produced, and co-written by Steve Buscemi. It stars the voices of E. G. Daily, Buscemi, Christine Cavanaugh, Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Hugo Weaving, and E.G. Daily. An international co-production between the United States and Australia, the film was produced at Sydney-based visual effects and animation studio Nickelodeon Animation Studio, and was released in theaters on February 21, 2002.
Four sequels, Penguins in St. Louis 2, was released on February 21, 2002, Penguins in St. Louis 3, was released on April 19, 2004 and Penguins in St. Louis 4, was released on April 23, 2006.
