Penn Atma is the University of Pennsylvania's premier all-female South Asian fusion a cappella group.[1] Atma was created in 2002 and is most notable for "bringing together a wide variety of genres to create a deep and unique sound."[2] The group arranges its own music, which typically consists of a fusion of popular Western and Eastern songs with rhythmic or melodic similarities.[3]
