Growing up in the Royal residence, I never knew I was any different from my sisters. Father treated me the same as he treated them. When I was old enough mother informed me that I was adopted. She wanted me to know about and be proud of my heritage. The fact that I had come from a colony was not relevant. How I handled that fact was. Even after that revelation, she never let father treat me any different. I grew up as a Princess of the Realm, with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities that go with being a Royal. When I found myself in charge of Colony Affairs, everything I had been taught came in handy. I understood both sides of the issues I had to deal with. This is my story as the human daughter of James IV, fourth King of the realm once ruled by Richard III. I had quite the legacy to live up to, and I was going to do my very best to do just that.
