PeopleFluent
PeopleFluent was a producer of talent management software headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. It was formed in 2010 through the merger of Peopleclick and Authoria[1] (and for a while was known as Peopleclick Authoria). Both companies had been producers of talent management software, and the combined company grew to over $100 million in revenue[2]. PeopleFluent also acquired enterprise social network producer Socialtext[3] [4]. In 2018, PeopleFluent was acquired by Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) of the United Kingdom for $150 million.[5]
PeopleFluent produced software for recruiting, talent management, and affirmative action planning.
LTG continues to use the name PeopleFluent for some of its product lines. In September 2018, LTG merged its NetDimensions subsidiary, a producer of Learning Management Software, into PeopleFluent.[6]
