Perrott Hill is an independent day and boarding co-educational preparatory school in the village of North Perrott, Somerset.
Site and facilities
The school is situated in North Perrott Manor House, a Grade II* listed building built in 1877 and designed by Thomas Henry Wyatt.[2]
Ownership
In October 2020, following increasing financial losses from declining enrolment, Perrott Hill joined the Stirling Education Group, which has since become Perrott Hill Education, operated by Winchester BV, and incorporating several schools overseas. Since then, the school no longer has charitable status.[3]
Inspections
The school was inspected in March 2025 by the Independent Schools Inspectorate, and found not to meet standards consistently. It was inspected again in October 2025, and found to meet "all the relevant Standards that were considered during this inspection".[4]
