Perseverance Asset Management (高毅资产) ("Perseverance") is an asset management firm in China specializing in investing into Greater China capital markets. Founded in 2013, the firm is headquartered in Shenzhen and also operates offices in Shanghai , Beijing and Singapore. Perseverance now manages multi-billion US dollar capital for institutional and high-net-worth individual clients globally.[1]

Qiu Guolu (Glen), Chairman and CEO[edit]
Previously, Glen served as Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of Investment Committee of China Southern Asset Management.Prior to that, Glen worked as General Partner of Wedge Capital Management, Partner and Portfolio Manager of Altair Navigator Management, and Portfolio Manager at Plinthos Capital. In 2018 Glen was named as one of the “20 best fund managers in China Fund Industry’s 20 Years” by China Fund Journal.[3] Mr. Qiu published 'The Simple Things in Investment' in October 2014.[4]
Deng Xiaofeng, Chief Investment Officer[edit]
Prior to joining Perseverance, Mr. Deng was Managing Director of Equity Investment Department of Bosera Asset Management. In 2018 Mr. Deng was named as one of the “20 best fund managers in China Fund Industry’s 20 Years” by China Fund Journal. He has won the Golden Bull Award nine times.
Zhuo Liwei, Chief Research Officer[edit]
Mr. Zhuo was Partner and Portfolio Manager of Greenwoods Asset Management, and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of CCB Principal Asset Management. He has won the Golden Bull Award two times.
Sun Qingrui, Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager[edit]
Prior to joining Perseverance, Ms. Sun was Director of Equity Investment Department of Bank of China Investment Management. She won the 10-year Special Golden-Bull Award in 2013, an award that was only granted to 7 equity portfolio managers among mutual fund industry in China in the past two decades.
Feng Liu, Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager[edit]
Prior to joining Perseverance, he was a famous independent individual investor with many followers on the Internet in China, recognized for his unique contrarian investment philosophy and style. He is a four-time winner of the Golden Bull Award.
Wu Renhao, Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager[edit]
Prior to joining Perseverance, Mr. Wu served as Director of Equity Investment of Asset Management Department of CICC, Senior Portfolio Manager and Research Executive of SAFE Investment Company Ltd., and Portfolio Manager of GTJA Allianz Funds (now known as CPIC Fund Management Co., Ltd) and Allianz Global Investors Asia Pacific Limited.
