Alhaji Nurah Issah Danwana[1]

Alhaji Nurah Issah Danwana[2] is the current Wa Municipal Chief Executive (MCE). He was involved in commissioning a new kindergarten block at the Upper West Regional Hospital in July 2025. He has also pledged to practice inclusive governance for the municipality.

Dr. Ernest Domanaanmwi Ganaa

Introduction:

Dr. Ernest Domanaanmwi Ganaa is a Ghanaian computer scientist and academic, currently serving as a senior lecturer in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) department and he is also the current Dean for the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology (FAST) of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University (DHLTU) in Wa, Ghana.[5]

Dr. Ganaa has held the position of senior lecturer, head of department, and now the dean of the faculty of FAST at DHLTU and actively contributes to ICT education and research at the university.[6] In addition to his roles at DHLTU, he has served as a part-time lecturer at both the University of Ghana’s Wa Learning Centre and SDD-UBIDS (Faculty of ICT, Wa, Ghana) since November 2021.
