Peruri 88 is an under construction[needs update] skyscraper at Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper will be 389 meters (1,276 ft) high at the tip and will have 88 floors above, 6 floors below the ground. It is a mixed-use development, with a hotel, offices, and residential apartments.[2] Once completed it will be one of the tallest buildings in Southeast Asia.
It was expected to be completed by 2020.[citation needed]
Design and facilities
The building will feature four staggered towers, which will rise up from a commercial podium[clarification needed] at the base. The building will house retail, offices, housing, a luxury hotel, four levels of parking, a wedding venue, a mosque, movie theaters, and an outdoor amphitheater accessed by outdoor elevators.[3]
The commercial podium will be located from levels B2 to the 7th floor. A hotel will occupy the 44th to 86th floors, and a panoramic restaurant and viewing platform will use the 88th floor. The building will be integrated with the North-South line of Jakarta MRT at basement level.[4]
