Pesamino Victor is an association footballer from American Samoa who plays as a defender.[1] Victor plays for Utulei Youth in the FFAS Senior League and the American Samoan national team at international level.

Club career[edit]

Victor played for PanSa East FC, and had been at the club since 2007 until 2015. Despite PanSa having won more league titles than any other American Samoan club, they have not won any silverware during Pesamino's time at the club. In 2015, he joined Utulei Youth. With this club he won the FFAS Senior League and played in the OFC Champions League

International career[edit]

The defender has been capped eight times for American Samoa, with four of these appearances coming in qualification for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.[2] Pesamino made his international debut in the 12–1 loss to Solomon Islands on 27 May 2007. Victor currently wears the no.3 shirt for his country. He was booked in the game against Samoa on the 27 August 2007.[3]

After being called up to American Samoa's squad for his second Pacific Games tournament,[4] he was capped four times at the 2011 Pacific Games, playing against Tuvalu in the tournament's opening game[5] and in American Samoa's second group match against the Solomon Islands.[6] He then appeared in the 2–0 loss to Guam on 1 September 2011[7] and the 8–0 defeat by New Caledonia on 3 September,[8] before playing in American Samoa's 8–0 loss to Vanuatu in their final match in the competition on 5 September.[9]
