Decoding Workplace Culture: Connecting the Invisible Dots
Decoding Workplace Culture: Connecting the Invisible Dots is a management and business book by Peshwa Acharya, published in 2024 by KBI Publishers.[15] The book examines how invisible cultural drivers—leadership style, common values and informal organisational norms—can powerfully influence productivity, innovation, and sustainable business success.
Based on Acharya’s three-decade business experience, the book provides:
• Practical models for leaders to diagnose and quantify culture with more than just intuition[15]
• Real-life case studies demonstrating how cultural alignment impacts performance and execution[15]
• Learnings on how to infuse culture into strategy, recruitment, and day-to-day decision-making[15]
On launch day, KBI publishers organized an interactive AMA (Ask Me Anything) session by Peshwa, moderated by HR and People specialist Mr. Amal K Das, attended by corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and students interested in workplace culture and leadership.[16][17]
The central argument of the book is that organizational culture - traditionally considered the “soft” side of business - can be built and actively managed to drive sustainable growth.[15] It is written for CXOs, managers, entrepreneurs and early-stage professionals aiming to bridge cultural understanding with concrete business change.[18]
Travel Writing
Peshwa has also contributed travel articles, including “Reflections from a Memorable Trip to Oman” published on Impact On Net, where he shares insights about wildlife tourism and the evolution of the travel industry.[19]
Management Publications
Peshwa has authored articles for professional journals, including a publication in the Indian Management Journal (November 2018), demonstrating his thought leadership in business strategy and management practices.[20]

Acharya has founded several entrepreneurial ventures that showcase his business acumen and innovative thinking:[1][15]
Think as Consumer: A boutique catalyst organization that provides strategic inputs & interim management support to medium-scale companies & start-ups, helping them grow their businesses and brands through innovative strategies & pragmatic execution.[15][16][24]
Leven Healthcare: A venture in the nephrology/dialysis space which he co-founded circa 2013.[15][17]
GrowthShyft & Bettermycareer: Platforms focused on career mentoring and developing professional talent.[1][18]

He has expressed that if he hadn’t pursued his current career path, he would have likely become a surgeon, having qualified for admission to premier medical colleges after his 12th grade.[3]
