Phantom Gourmet

The Phantom Gourmet is a television programme that tries to rate restaurants in the New England area of the United States. At the start, it was about a "phantom crtitic" rating a restaurant, along several criteria. Later, the focus was more on describing the dishes, and giving a profile of the chefs and owners of the restaurant. The company behind the show published a restaurant guide in 2006. The first episode of the show ran in summer 1993.
