Philip Hamilton Taylor also known as Phil Taylor, is a British artist and band manager. He is the co-founder of the record label, Rock Solid Talent Entertainment (RSTE).[1][2]
He is known for developing several artists, musicians and producers including, Sophia Radisch and Kenzé.[3]
Career[edit]
In 2014, Taylor co-founded the record label, Rock Solid Talent Entertainment (RSTE). In 2021, he became a distribution partner with AMG/Sony Music and the vice president of A&R International Acquisitions at AMG.[4]
With decades of business experience in the US and UK, Taylor has established a relationship with several artists, bands, and producers, including Glen Drover and Shawn Drover, Barry Benedetta, Van Preston, Gigi Hangach, and The Chimpz.[5]
In 2021, Taylor's record label landed a distribution partnership with AMG/Sony Music, becoming RSTE/AMG/Sony.[6]
Recognitions[edit]
Taylor and RSTE sponsored the Magnetic Entrepreneur.[7] In 2020, Guinness World Record event, and upon winning, Phil & RSTE both became participants in The Guinness World Records.[8]
On March 23, 2022, Taylor was nominated for Marquis Who's Who by their managing director.[9]
