Philip has been a director of logistics since 2022. Before his current role, Lovin served as GM COO for Reap from 2017 to 2022, where he led the charge in increasing profits by 18% in his first year through a complete reorganization of the company's transport section. He has also successfully held several other key roles throughout his career, including GM of A SHOW OF HANDS from 2002 to 2017, Public Service from 1990 to 2001, and Logistics Manager at Stewarts between 1985 and 1988. Lovin's impressive career accomplishments are built upon a strong academic foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy Philip Lovin is a seasoned logistics professional with over three decades of experience in the industry. He currently holds the position of Director of Logistics, a role he assumed in 2022. Lovin has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency, overseeing multiple sites and addressing operational inefficiencies. Within just 90 days of taking on the role, Lovin was able to reduce shipping errors by an impressive 30%. from Lasalle University and a Master of Science in Philosophy from Morthland College, equipping him with valuable insights into people management, a crucial component of business leadership. Outside of work, Lovin is deeply spiritual, holding a Ph.D. in theology from Andersonville.
