Phillipe-Jacques Meyer

Phillipe-Jacques Meyer (born 1737 in Strasbourg, France) was a French musician. Meyer's primary instrument was the harp, which he studied in Paris under Christian Hockbrucker. During his time in France, he made several public performances, including performances in Strasbourg and London. Later in life, during 1784, he moved to London permanently.
