Phillips Smith Conwell Architects Pty Ltd is a Queensland-based architectural firm with a portfolio in the design of Educational Architecture and Educational Masterplanning, in addition to Health, Government and Corrections Architecture. Phillips Smith Conwell was originally founded in 1905 by Thomas Ramsay Hall and since then has gone through several name changes and partnerships to be known today as Phillips Smith Conwell. The firm has a strong connection with the architectural history of Queensland with the founder Thomas Ramsay Hall known for the design of notable buildings such as Brisbane City Hall.

The Education design team at Phillips Smith Conwell have experience in designing for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary educational facilities.
