Phone bundles are turnkey products offered by various telecommunications companies. These products are bundled in that they include VoIP phones, internet, and in some cases television service.[1]

Phone bundles were created in a response to a demand from both the consumer and the small and medium businesses markets. These markets demanded a package which would include phone and internet communication hardware in one package which would be a turn key solution.
