Major General Phraya Bhakdiphutorn (Chune)(Thai: พลตรี พระยาภักดีภูธร (ชื่น ภักดีกุล), Chief of Royal Thai Survey Department, born on 16 July 1874 in Bangkok, Siam, he was the youngest son of Maj Gen Phraya Bhakdiphutorn (Nil).

Colonel Phra Vibhat Bhuvadol, Chief of Royal Thai Survey Department, was involved in providing data to the Siamese side for The Treaty of March 23, 1907 between France and Siam and the Return of Battambang and Angkor to Cambodia in 1907.

Phraya Bhakdiphutorn was a member of the Privy Council to King Rama VI Vajiravudh since 1919.

His wife, Elena (née Johnson) Bhaktikul, was mentioned in Katya and The Prince of Siam – "Elena Nicholaievna" means Elisabeth, daughter of Nicholai. She is an elder sister of Nicholas N. Johnson, who was killed with Grand Duke Michael Alexandrovich of Russia.
