Phu Xuan University[1] (PXU;Vietnamese: Trường Đại học Phú Xuân), a private university in Hue, was found by Thua Thien Hue Association for Promoting Education on July 11th, 2003.
In 2018, Phu Xuan University received an investment from Institution of American Education (IAE; Vietnamese: Tổ chức Giáo Dục Hoa Kỳ) and became a member of the Institution. Phu Xuan University also had changes of its owner and President. From 2018, Dr. Dam Quang Minh has become the Chairman and President of Phu Xuan University.[2]
