Pietro Polidori (born December 1, 1978, in Bressanone/Brixen, Italy) is an Italian event and television presenter. He has hosted events and television shows internationally and works in multiple languages, including German, Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

Early life and education

Pietro Polidori was born in Bressanone/Brixen, Italy, as the second child in his family. He developed an early interest in media and communication. He attended a Science High School (Liceo Scientifico) in Italy and later moved to Innsbruck, Austria, where he studied architecture and earned a diploma. Concurrently, he pursued media design, which later contributed to his career in live event hosting and television.

Career

Polidori began his career in event hosting in 2004 while working as a media designer and speaker at an Italian radio station. His work has taken him to various countries. In 2006, he participated in the Austrian version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?[1][2] Although he did not win, the experience contributed to his interest in television presenting. In early 2025, he hosted the television show "Virtuosos", a classical music contest broadcast in five countries.[3]
