Pistachio Cream

Crema al Pistacchio (Pistachio Cream), also known as Pistacchiella, is a green, sweetened pistachio and white chocolate spread originating from the Sicilian region of Italy. It is often used as a filling or garnish on pastries. In recent months, it has become more known for its inclusion as an ingredient for the now-viral "Dubai Chocolate".
