Planet boing is a design studio (formerly known as Studio boing) [1] founded by artist and designer Ingmar Nieuweboer in 2019. The furniture and interiors of Planet boing are designed to integrate playfulness and embodied movement into everyday life. Where most modern interiors are designed for sedentary lifestyles, Planet boing researches how interiors can be designed to stimulate more active lifestyles [2]. Planet boing is currently located in a former gymnastics hall in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
