Plooto Inc is a company based in Toronto, Canada that provides cloud-based accounts payable and accounts receivable software for small-medium sized businesses.[1][2][3]

Products and integrations

Accounts Payable (AP): Automates AP processes. Payment types include mail checks, EFTs, ACH, and wire transfers.[3]

Accounts Receivable (AR): Automates AR processes and syncs with the business’s accounting system.[3]

Accounting Software Integration: Plooto integrates with QuickBooks and Xero accounting software.[4][5] [6]

History

In 2015, Hamed Abbasi and Serguei Kloubkov founded Plooto in Toronto, Canada.[7]

In April 2021, Plooto raised C$8 million (US$6.34 million) in Series A funding, led by FINTOP Capital, with participation from Luge Capital and Inovia Capital.[8]
