Products
The Plutora Value Stream Management Platform is an enterprise software delivery solution[9] that aggregates data from existing Agile tools from different phases of the development process to provide visualization of environments, visibility into value streams,[10] and accompanying analytics.[11] The function of the platform is to orchestrate release pipelines, manage test environments, orchestrate application deployments[10] and support continuous improvement[12] with reporting and flow metrics. The platform consists of four components: Release Management and Orchestration,[13] Test Environment Management,[14] Deployment Management, and Analytics/Reporting.[11]
Value Stream Management Platforms (VSMPs) support Agile software development and DevOps by accelerating delivery cycle times through automation and clearing bottlenecks in CI/CD pipelines.[13] Plutora products are considered part of the Application Release Automation market/Software Release Management Tools,[15] and the broader category of Value Stream Management Platforms (VSMPs).[16]
