This program also allows students, communities and school districts to participate in professional level productions and introduces them to mentors, celebrities, and professional level producers in the industry.[2]
With high school dropout rates and increasingly rapidly along with the crime ratio across the world, the Greatest You Can Do It Program allow students to stay in school and communities, for educating worldwide with a hands-on experience to education in arts and entertainment industry. Veteran educator Dr.Jerome Smith has evolved a nobel solution to this growing social problem and It works for all mankind.[3]

Poise Entertainment Education Company was founded by Dr. Jerome Smith,[5] a diverse American veteran educator from Cleveland, Ohio and Birmingham, Alabama.[6] Dr. Smith has had a successful career as an entrepreneur, CEO, and executive producer, and Founder of Poise Entertainment Education Today, the organization provides opportunities in the arts and entertainment industry which is for the communities and school districts worldwide, in order for students and communities to pursue a career in the industry.
