Anticipated milestones[edit]
- Milestone #1: Although there have been cases of bill proposals and speeches created by AI mainly for attention-seeking purposes, the crucial milestone entails the authentic acknowledgment of AI-generated content as a valid standpoint in political discussions.
- Milestone #2: Moving beyond formal testimonies, generating small adjustments to existing laws or bills that are carefully tailored to serve specific interests, also known as microlegislation, is the next step. Microlegislation can have adverse effects on society.
- Milestone #3: AI trained on public discourse and political reporting can predict effective messaging similarly to how campaigns gauge audience reactions to different political positions via polls.
- Milestone #4: Crafting a strategic political platform based on specific training dataset and registering as a party. The Danish Synthetic Party's campaign in 2022 exemplifies this idea.
- Milestone #5: AI-created persuasive messages could encourage people to financially support a cause.
