About
This is a delicacy that originated from Berhampur, a city in Southern Odisha. It is a mix of Southern and Eastern cuisine in the form of Poori Upma. For this dish, two crispy pooris are put in a donna, on top of which a bowl-shaped upma or masala upma is placed. The dish is finally served after one chooses their choice of curry, i.e. ghugni or sambaar, and then finally the chutney goes on top.[2][3][4][5]
