Agboola Victor Olamipo born 28 July 1998 to the family of two (2) natives of Ekiti, known professionally as Poshmipo(pronounced Posh Me-por”; sometimes stylized as Mipo), is a Nigerian singer and songwriter and producer. He started developing and showing his talent for music at the age of 10... His song On point is available and has been playing mostly on all music platform Spotify, ITunes,Deezer, Apple For timeless streams and got recognition from Tunecore Certified Team.
EARLY LIFE AND CAREER
Growing up in the street of Lagos Alaramimo Agege, poshmipo always have passion for musical instrument, started with drum set it is recognized that he is a member of his School Band started from his primary school days till his Secondary school, poshmipo first owned musical instrument is a Recorder Flute and also capable of playing guitar and all kind of percussion instrument he comes across, poshmipo enrolled in a church choir and started waves in singing. At the age of 15 years old,poshmipo left his parent's custody to work as a cotton candy seller at Festival mall, Amuwa odofin Festac for 2years while pursuing his musical career and hanging out with some upcoming artists, Dj and record producers at one ghetto studio in Festac poshmipo was transferred to Ikeja city mall still as a cotton candy seller … poshmipo receives his admission letter to Ekiti State University 7months after and was relocated to Ado Ekiti same year to focus on his academics, poshmipo lived at Adebayo road jimoh Alihu street, Nova Road Ado Ekiti. Poshmipo founded and sign a Contract Deal with MIPOGANGWORLDWIDE (MGW/13723) and he says “He's here to drop his Ding on the Universe 🌎” and make sure he creates an impact and touch souls with his Sounds... 1998–Present: Early life and career beginnings
Poshmipo was born Agboola Victor Olamipo on 28 July 1998, in Agege, Lagos. He grew up in a household with one female sibling named Princess Agboola Precious Oyindamola. His mother is a Christian and his father practices Christianity,poshmipo attended super JJJ primary school at Alaramimo Agege and graduated to A & T College located at Tabon Tabon estate. During his teenage days poshmipo choose soccer as his supplemental career and joined a popular street Football team named “Virgin Guys Football club” (VGS) at Alaramimo Agege, he was introduced to the Coach by the Team Captain for his field potential and assemble with his football team for practice or a professional match at Ladoje stadium at Oko oba agege close to Lagos Baptism Secondary School, popularly known as Labasco, he plays the Striker wing. After some set back in his secondary school result due to lack of concentration, poshmipo was giving a choice to pick either his music passion or his football career so he can concentrate more on his academics better said his parent so he let go of his football spirit and focus generally on music and his Education. He grew up listening to King Sunny Ade, Fela Kuti and Bob Marley, Orlando owoh, Kwam1, Adele,2pac, poshmipo said he formed a group called the Barbecue city boys with a couple of his church friends and School mate, which all inductees have to spell their mundane name backward to be dubbed their Alias. They managed to release a single track which wasn’t published due to some finance setbacks. Poshmipo went by the stage name Lordcaasi until 2006. He later met Perruzzi, Olamus, Hakym the dream fka Kymo at an organized show in one of the nightclub poshmipo and his team are balling for the night, after the end of the show they later sit and link up together at Backstage and talk more about music and it’s lifestyle. Poshmipo vibes more with Kymo, a record producer who put him on recording. While having sessions with Kymo Beat Studios frequently, he also link and meet up with trending artists in the spotlight. Poshmipo inked a record deal with MIPOGANGWORLDWIDE in 20’s also his imprint. while developing his craft. In mid, he bagged up his BSc in Computer Science at Ekiti State University (EKSU).

MIPO GANG WORLDWIDE with the acronym of MGW or 13723 is a music record label from Lagos, Nigeria. The Label Imprint was founded by POSHMIPO on September 5 in 20’s. Poshmipo revealed he planned on signing and working with new acts under the label. The label was established to give up-and-coming artists a platform to showcase and develop their talent and let their voices be heard.
