Post Pandemic is an American sitcom television series created by Tom, Dick and Stuart writers for Live TV. It is a continuity spin-off of the Original Sitcom TV series (2007-2023), the longest running series in TV history. (At 5800 20 hour episodes over 16 consecutive seasons broadcast between September and June). Post Pandemic continues to follow the mother show in week-long episodes (as opposed to daily ones) that continue to document the life of a dysfunctional American family.
The series returned for its second season on August 28, 2023.
Premise[edit]
The show follows the American family as they navigate their lives in the Midwest, their child going through the end of high school. The show uses a live-broadcast camera cut, where the producers sit in the editing room and cut between 30 different cameras shooting at 1080P High Resolution, in accordance to the scripts. Intermission breaks take place, but are cut out of the final video file, which is archived.
Plots and Guests[edit]
The show's first year followed underneath in the background of Original Sitcom's final 16th season, which took precedent. It was mainly broadcast showing on-location events of the eccentric teen, who did goose-stepping and loud ranting throughout the year. Stories followed onto the streets and nationwide, as well as featured guests in forms of cameos and teachers supporting the main cast in the broadcast.
The second year was slightly different, with minor alterations to the settings and stories, stretching to more outrageous and wild predicaments and moments.
