Poulomi Saha is Associate Editor and news anchor at India Today Television.[1] She is the channel's lead correspondent for the Union Government and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. Poulomi also reports on the civil aviation sector. Poulomi has over a decade of experience reporting from the field, and has covered some of the most important events in recent years.[2] From the opening of the Kartarpur Corridor in Pakistan to the Nepal earthquake; from the 2014 floods in Kashmir to the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Poulomi has been at the forefront of all these major news events.[3]
Achievements
The 'Baby Doll' famed singer Kanika Kapoor arrived in Lucknow on March 15 and had been in London for a while. The 41-year-old singer went to the UK to meet her children who are currently studying there. She allegedly hid her travel history from the authorities. After the news broke out that she had tested positive for coronavirus, journalist Poulomi Saha also revealed that Kanika had managed to escape screening at Lucknow airport by hiding in the washroom.[4]
