Prabhat Prakash Shukla

Prabhat Prakash Shukla (born 29 March 1951) was the Ambassador of India to Russia.[1] Before taking up the post in Moscow on 2 October 2007, Prabhat Prakash Shukla was the High Commissioner of India. He holds a Graduate degree in commerce, and knows French and Russian.
