Pradello beach, is a cove and beach on the Lake Como[1].
Spiaggia Pradello is under the municipality of Abbadia Lariana, bu the Pradello beach is, par excellence, the beach of Lecco, a rough and fascinating corner of the lake, set between the rocky walls of the mountains and the deep blue of the water.
Between Abbadia Lariana and the exclusive Borgo of Lierna, leaving the SS36 and SP72 junctions, one of the favorite beaches of the local citizens of Lecco. Made up of stones, it can be accessed from the staircase or from the adjacent parking lot. Access to the green area is limited and paid. The presence of the stretch of cycle / pedestrian path up to Lecco still makes it reachable on foot or by bike. The pebble Pradello beach, which can be reached from the high parking lot by means of some ladders, is not wide and there are ladders between the rocks. From here it is possible to reach the meadow via a path. In this section the bottom is steep and the water is almost immediately deep.[2].
Pradello beach is on the border with the Municipality of Lecco, is located at the end of the lakefront of the capital and the new cycle / pedestrian path that ends near the Orsa Maggiore restaurant, with its private beach. There is the possibility to park near the kiosk bar and from there descend through some stairs to the pebble beach or continue along a special road to the lawn, which can still be easily accessed from the dirt parking lot.[3]
