Prem Singh (born 5 June 1981), popularly known as the Gold Man of Bihar, is an Indian businessman, contractor and social worker from Bihar. He is widely known for wearing several kilograms of gold jewellery in public and for his gold-plated motorcycle, which have made him a viral personality in media reports.[1][2]

Prem Singh was born on 5 June 1981 in Basduopur village in Bihiya, Bhojpur district of Bihar.[1] He completed his schooling up to the 10th standard from District School, Bhojpur, in 1995.
Career
Prem Singh is a businessman and contractor based in Patna.[3] He gained public attention for wearing heavy gold jewelry, which reportedly weighs several kilograms and is valued at ₹6 crore (US$830,000) of rupees.[1][3] He is also known for riding a gold-plated Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle, which has been featured in multiple media reports.[4]
