Premendra Parashar ( born on 2nd December1943 is an Indian film actor. His first film Holi aayee re (1970) , Co -Staring Shatrughan Sinha, Mala Sinha.

1)Early life[edit]
Premendra Parashar was born in small town Fatehpur Sikri in northern India, just west of Agra, founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. As he was pursuing his medical studies , he got an invite from Film and Television Institute of India Pune..Being passionate about acting Premendra Parashar Packed his bags and joined FTI. while on training for actor, he happen to meet Harsukh Jagneshwar Bhatt in the office of FTI , immediately Harsukh Jagneshwar Bhatt wanted Premendra Parashar to play lead role in his Film Holi Ayee re , From there premendra's journey to Bollywood dream world began.He signed his second film Deedar with Anjana Mumtaz , Dheeraj Kumar . Duniya kya Jane with co actress Bharti and directed by C.V Sridhar.He also played Lead along with Rekha in Film Saaz aur Sanam (1971).
