HH Prince Raphael Dakik (born August 17, 1998 in Düsseldorf) is a significant descendant by blood of Prophet Muhammad. He is a Lobbyist, having practised as a freelance diplomat and political analyst.
He is the incumbent Hazrat Ishaan (Supreme Leader) of the Naqshbandiya Sufi Order, known for re-defining the tenets of the Naqshbandiyya with a centralization on his collateral ancestor Sayyid Mir Jan and his family as legitimate successors of Shah Naqshband by virtue of blood and will of Shah Naqshband. Background[edit]
Prince Raphael is a descendant of Prophet Muhammad through his bilateral great-grandfather Sayyid Mir Muhammad Jan Hazrat Ishaan. Sayyid Mir Muhammad Jan was the Mir adressed as "Hazrat Ishaan" of the Naqshbandiya Brotherhood and venerated as a leader ("Mir" in persian or "Naqib" in arabic) of Prophet Muhammad´s family ("Ahlul Bayt") according to the Sayyid ul Sadatiyya hereditary doctrine.[3]

Education[edit]
Finishing high school, the Prince was invited to make an exclusive internship in the investigational comitee of the German Parliament. He thus started his legal foundational studies in German Law with stages in various law firms and the German Federal Ministry of Labour.[4]
He pursues a Master of Science (MSc) in Management at Cranfield University.[5]

Professional Career[edit]
The Prince was CEO of his own Lobby Firm called Astaan Consultancy Company from 2020 to 2022, where he consulted Oil and Gas companies in Chemical Law. Other Mandates included Foreign Ministries, Transnational Companies (TNCs) as well as reknown Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) specialized in Anti-Islamophobia and Muslim Rights in the field of Compliance and Governmental Advocacy (Lobbyism).
He finally merged his company into one of his family´s companies, acting as a Key Account Manager and Vice-CEO of his family´s Group of companies.
The Prince gained further professional experience in Labour Law and Human Resource as a Consultant in Human Capital Management.
He furthermore became Honorary President of an international software tech-house with 300 software developers and an advisory Board member of a cyber security company.
He gave up all his positions in May 2024 for private reasons.
Islamic Mission[edit]
As a hereditary successor of his ancestor St. Khwaja Khawand Mahmud Hazrat Ishaan, Prince Raphael studied from his childhood onwards the Quran, the biographies of the 12 Imams of the Prophet´s family, the 6 canonical Hadith compelations (Kutub Sitta) as well as the Muwattas of the 4 Jurists of the Sunni faith. He furthermore deepened his textual studies with works of the following saints (Awliyah), that deepened his puritanian Sunni view:

While his whole family is following the Hanafi Madhab, he chose to adhere to the Hanbaliya in honor of its influence on the Qadiriyya brotherhood through its founder Abdul Qadir Gilani and famous adherent Ibn Taimiyyah.
Through Prince Raphael´s influence a significant number of people converted to Islam.
Politics[edit]
After the fall of Kabul 2021, Prince Raphael was the only member of the former ruling family, to experimentally research the re-establishment of the Barakzai Dynasty after 40 years of abolishment. Religious scholars favoured him as candidate to become the Shah (King) instead of the Amani preteendants descending from Amanullah Khan, who was abdicated by the Bacha-e-Saqqaw and Zahiri pretendants, descending from Zahir Shah, who was abdicated in a revolution made the most influential members of the Afghan Royal Family in 1973, including Prince Raphael´s grandfather.
ARGE targeted the re-establishment of the Barakzai Dynasty in Afghanistan after 40 years of abolishment with the Qadiriyya interpretation of Sunni Islam as state religion.
With a significant fellowship of supporters in Afghan and Pakistani Politics and Diplomacy, the Prince especially received support from Pashtuns, including clerics of various saintly shrines, senior members of the Kakakhel tribe and the Iqbalist establishment of Lahore. Notable religious adherents of the Prince´s family are furthermore Ambassadors and reknown contractors and officers of the Pakistani military.
The number of political followers is unknown however various social media accounts of Pashtun missionaries included more than 50.000 followers and a high number of propadanda videos, which got deactivated after a purge was made by the Prince´s office who announced the end of ARGE in June 2023.
Some supporters of the Prince were also acting as his representatives in Switzerland, who have represented him in the World Economic Forum. Controverse media attention was raised as envoys of the Prince were invited as Diplomats in a conference, exclusively for ambassadors in Liechtenstein because Raphael Dakik is a private person and not a state.
Private Office[edit]
Coordinating the activities of ARGE, Prince Raphael acted as chairman of his own sustainably digitalized Private Office consisting of dedicated protocolists, attachés, intelligence agents and envoys who support Prince Raphael based on the Swiss "Système de Milice" Model.
Organization[edit]
The Prince´s digitalized office was made consisting of a protocol section which took care of secretariat responsibilities and the privy council that is consisting of highly specialized technocrats advising the Prince. The Prince furthermore had his own intelligence agency partnered with national intelligence agents, dedicated to protect the Prince and to perform intelligence solutions.
Members of his office´s advisory board included members of US Congress and former Ministers of Technology and Innovation.
Social Media[edit]
The Prince had an Instagram Account in which he promoted his Enthusiasm in the veneration of Islamic Saints. He is furthermore a very sportive person spending some of his time in Combat and Fitness and is interested in Islamic arts that based on his social media presence mainly focuses on the heritage of Prophet Muhammad´s Family. He is furthermore an intellectual savant of physics.
On the occasion of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the Prince held an emotional multilingual speech on the Urs anniversary of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani in which he seriously criticized Hamas´s attack on October 2023, saying that Hamas is damaging the reputation of the islamic religion and vehemently condemned Israel´s aggression against innocent lifes in Gaza, which he called "unporportionate" and "blind in retaliation". In this speech he also put emphasis on the importance of Prophet Muhammad´s family within the religion of Islam.
The Prince is a fan of the polymath, know-how transfer specialist and saint HH Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani, the Amir Kabir (Grand Mir) of Prophet Muhammad´s family (Ahlul Bayt).
