- Charles William, Prince of Nassau-Usingen (1735–1803)
- Princess Francisca of Nassau-Usingen (1736–1741)
- Frederick Augustus, Duke of Nassau (1738–1816)
- Prince John Adolph of Nassau-Usingen (1740–1793), Prussian general, Count of Saarbrücken and Saarwerden and Lord of Lahr, Wiesbaden and Idstein
Through her son Charles William, she is a direct ancestor of Queen Alexandra, Queen Mary, Empress Maria Feodorovna and Queen Louise
She had a dispute with her brother Wilhelm Heinrich, Duke of Saxe-Eisenach over the payment of her mother's marriage benefits from 1730 to 1737.[2]
Christine Wilhelmine lived in Biebrich Castle, whose construction was started at the beginning of the 18th century by George August, Count of Nassau-Idstein and was completed as a residential palace after his death by Christine's eldest son Karl. The castle had magnificent furnishings.[3]
