Beirut Yacht Club[edit]
Founded on 1857 by The French Staff who worked in Port of Beirut.
On December 14th, 1954 [1]and upon a presidential decree issued, the Lebanese Sailor Fred Zebouni, member of Yacht Club Beirut,[2] [3] had the right to turn the Club to become the first international Yacht Club for the Lebanese and foreign community instead of being Only for "French Community" [4]
Located in the heart of Port of Beirut, one of the oldest Lighthouses in Beirut.
Recognized by the [5]Lloyd's Register Of Shipping.

Lebanese Yacht Club[edit]
Founded on 1951 in Port of Beirut, [16] by Alfred Kettaneh [17] . The Lebanese Yacht Club is a Private Yacht Club for members. Targeted in focusing on development of sailing in Lebanon [18] through its sailing school with expanding fleet of boats for members who want to discover and enjoy the pleasure of sailing.[19]
