Privay Cee, born Praise Ukachukwu Mba, is a Nigerian singer and entrepreneur. He is notably known to be the founder of Brandskon.[1] An Online Digital Marketing Company specializing in Online Presence Management.
Privay Cee is currently signed with Doubledu Mix Studios and is best known for his successful 2020 single, "Omo Ta Fefe."[2] The single garnered over 50,000 streams across all music platforms and secured a spot on the Afrocharts Top 10 Nigeria Hot Music "Afro Pop Singles" list.[3]
Early Life and Education[edit]
Privay Cee was born at a General Hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. He spent his childhood in Anthony Village, a town in Lagos. He attended Anthony Model Nursery and Primary School as a child, then graduated from Ajao Estate Junior High School as a third-year student and completed high school at Anthony Village Senior High School. He has always been known as a music lover since childhood, and has been pursuing his dreams ever since.[4]
Career[edit]
Privay Cee began his music career under the name Rosi Prince, which he later changed to Privay Cee on July 22, 2023. He has been singing since childhood, loving music so much that he was the choir leader at his church. In late 2020, a friend of his who is a rapper, Wise Bee, took him to Doubledu Mix Studio, a recording studio located in Bariga, where he met the CEO and producer of the studio company, Olaiya Ojelade. It was there that he recorded his first song, "Omo Ta Fefe," which garnered over 20,000 streams across all music platforms.[5] After the release of his first song, Doubledu Mix decided to sign him, sponsoring all his recordings and also promoting his name worldwide.[6] After several years in the music industry, he ventured into business, working as a researcher at a famous media company, The African Brands.
Recently, Privay Cee has put his music career on hold and is now focusing on his business ventures. He discovered an online branding company he is currently working on, Brandskon, which is already gaining traction.[7]
