Kyosuke Kinoshita founded LOY Inc. in 2021, and later, launched Production Kawaii,[1] which manages their group of Vtubers.[2] The live streaming by talents began on April 28, 2021 with Reina Sun, Nene Anamo, and Hana Flores all debuting on the same day.[3][4][5][6]
