Programming Course (IDF)
The IDF's Programming Course is the military's primary course for training programmers.
Military programmers are soldiers who write and maintain software and information systems used by the IDF. The military institute responsible for training and certifing the programmers is the Basmach (IDF academy for computer sciences).
Until 1994 Basmach was part of Mamram and consequetly the course's graduates are refered to as "Mamram veterans" to this day.
