PropertiLord^[1] is a property rent and sales website portal in Indonesia. The aim is to help agents/property owner and clients to sell/rent and find any kind of property. Inside the website is a listing database of various kinds of property, such as houses, commercial buildings, and industrial. It simplifies the search for property using map-based search feature. Another innovations is premium membership and curation to help agents/owner to get effective claim. Also to help user determine whether the listing is trustworthy or not.

Started in 2018, this website allows its user to list their property for free. User only pay if they wish to use ‘highlight’ or ‘recommended’ features using Token.

List Property

User should register as a member first before input their property. After register, they can put the list immediately. From the website, user click "Daftarkan Properti" on the top of the website, then the form will appear.

User can state their role on the property, whether they are the owner, or an agent. They also can choose whether they are going to sell or rent the property. Other thing needed is property details, such as the land size, the building, certificates, etc. PropertLord has linked to Google Map, so user can mark their location and buyer will easily find it. User also need to upload some photos of the property. In addition, they also can upload some documents in PDF format.

Request Property

If user can not find the property they wish, they can use ‘Daftar Permintaan’. Here, user can enlist anything they wish for a property. Simply by filling a form on the website, put in several request details, such as where they wish the location to be, property type, the size, and price range. This feature is also can be used for free.

They can completely describe their needs and any owner or agent who has the same or close characteristic of property will call to give an offer. User can choose from various offer, which is the most relatable to their needs.

Token

Token is used to buy advertising spot on PropertiLord's website. To use it, user need to visit PropertiLord shop. Then, user exchange Token to most suitable features to promote their listing.

How to Buy Token :

1. User need to Login first.
2. Get to My Account page and choose My Balance.
3. On My Balance page, choose Token amount needed, klik Continue.
4. Choose payment method, click Process button.
5. If transaction succeeded, user will get Transaction is Success notification. If failed, there will be Transaction is Failed notification and user can try to re-do the transaction.

Premium Member

Premium members on PropertiLord can enjoy exclusive listing features, such as getting premium member label, no-ads view, and Token bonus. Premium membership require monthly subscription to use the special features.
