Prosponsive
Prosponsive is a phrase trademarked by Jeff Lantz and Russ Caudell.[1][2][3] In addition to its general meaning of being proactively responsive, the term specifically refers to being proactively responsive when it comes to things like sales for a business as opposed to being simply reactive when the customer calls.[4][5][6][7][8]
