The Prostasia Foundation (Prostasia) is an American nonprofit organization founded in 2018 to take "an evidence-based, prevention-focused approach to protecting children."[1] Similar to B4U-ACT and the EU's Horizon Project,[2] the organization works with and supports self-identified minor-attracted people, a decision that is deemed to be controversial among some conservative and radical feminist groups.

The controversy surrounding Allyn Walker (a trans academic now employed at Johns Hopkins) is the primary example of media attention concerning Prostasia.[3] Further attention has been given to Prostasia's former communications spokesman, Noah Berlatsky, and an article he wrote about underage sex workers.[4][5][6]

The organization partnered with the Internet Society in 2020 to launch its Global Encryption Coalition.[7]
