Founding and growth
Proteinhouse was founded in 2012 by Larissa Reis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2015, the restaurant turned into a franchise. The first franchised location opened outside of Salt Lake City, and five more, ranging from Orange County, California to Kansas City, joined in the coming months. There are currently 7 locations.
