Pvtbox
PVTBOX (pvtbox sync) - software package for files synchronizing and creating a private cloud with open source applications. Allows you to transfer data directly between different devices with no use of intermediate information storage.
Once the software is installed, the Pvtbox client creates a folder for the user's devices synchronising. All files placed in this folder become available to other user devices.
The PVTBOX client supports the following operating systems: Windows (starting with Windows 7), Linux, Mac Os and mobile iOS and Android, and also has a file manager accessible via a web interface.
Features:
- Data transmission uses peer-2-peer technology with end-to-end encryption by the DTLSv1.2 protocol. The transmission is based on WebRTC technology.
- Data is transmitted in encrypted form. When each connection between devices is established, encryption keys are generated for being transmitted through the signal server.
- The protective mechanism of Certificate pinning prevents the information being intercepted by the device substitution
